What is the procedure to be followed by a person or institution who wishes to submit a complaint or suggestion to the Agency?

Any person or entity wishing to submit a complaint or suggestion may do so by email, to the address reclamacoesesugestoes@a3es.pt. The Agency has a procedure for handling complaints and suggestions in order to provide a timely response.
