Bilateral cooperation with agencies set up in Portuguese-speaking African countries (PALOP) with converging objectives (Cape Verde and Angola) and cooperation with agencies in the countries of the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries (CPLP) are important aspects of A3ES' international cooperation.
