The Agency for Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Education (A3ES) will hold its 2026 International Conference on 11 November 2026, under the theme “Quality Assurance for Joint Programmes & Cross-Border Collaboration: Practical Pathways for HEIs.”
Bringing together representatives from higher education institutions, quality assurance agencies, and national and European organisations, the conference will provide a practice-oriented forum for discussing the challenges surrounding joint programmes, cross-border collaboration, and their quality assurance.
The programme will explore, among other topics, developments related to the ESG, the European Approach for Quality Assurance of Joint Programmes, institutional experiences of cross-border collaboration, and the interaction between European quality assurance instruments and national frameworks.
The conference will take place in a hybrid format.
